Returns
Reynolds Brothers gladly accepts returns and exchanges on unopened items within 30 days of purchase date.
** Items not eligible for return include perishable goods and custom orders.
To submit a return online Open the invoice located in "My Order History" then select "Return Item" and choose the quantity to be returned. Please continue through the check out process until an order confirmation is generated. This process may look like an order, but it actually creates a return request informing us that you have an item to return or exchange.
